Slicing Lag To 0.125ms
ONYX is an ultra-low latency hardware adapter engineered for competitive esports and precision automation. Designed to sit directly between your controller and PC/Console, ONYX completely eliminates input bottlenecking at the physical hardware layer.
Live Latency & Polling Simulator
Compare how ONYX slices input delay compared to stock console hardware.
8,000 updates transmitted per second.
Sub-millisecond registration: 125 microseconds.
True 8,000Hz ultra-polling. Slices response time down to an unprecedented 0.125ms (125 microseconds). Every button press and micro-flick registers virtually instantaneously.
Built for Players Who Refuse to Lose
Most controllers poll between 125Hz and 1,000Hz (1ms to 8ms response delay). ONYX-8K elevates your setup to true 8,000Hz (8kHz), slicing response time down to an unprecedented 0.125 milliseconds (125 microseconds).
True 8,000Hz Ultra-Polling
Up to 64× faster than native console controllers. Every micro-adjustment on your thumbsticks and trigger pulls registers in 0.125 milliseconds (125μs) — eliminating the USB polling buffer bottleneck.
Triple Dedicated USB-C
3 independent high-speed ports: Controller Input (native PS5, PS4, Xbox), Direct 8K Output (ultra-low latency link to PC/console), and a High-Speed Telemetry Port for Project X Vision integration.
Hardware-Level Anti-Drift
Eliminates stick drift and center deadzone jitter natively on the device before the signal ever reaches your PC or console. Restores worn sticks to perfect zero without sacrificing in-game response sensitivity.
OLED Live Telemetry Screen
Real-time display showing your live polling rate (Hz), connection status, active button profile, and stick calibration curves. Available on Onyx Lite (with 3 screen options: 0.96", 1.03", 2.4") and Onyx 8K.
Onboard Flash Profiles
Store multiple custom button configurations, response curves, and deadzones directly in the device's onboard non-volatile memory. Switch profiles on the fly using physical side hardware buttons.
CNC Billet Aluminum Chassis
Premium matte anodized aluminum enclosure designed for rapid heat dissipation, rock-solid durability, and a clean luxury desk aesthetic. Features a full-spectrum dynamic RGB light bar on the rear face.
Engineered for Project X Vision Synergy
ONYX is not just an adapter — it is the physical hardware bridge for Project X Vision. The dedicated High-Speed Telemetry Port allows our vision engine to execute frame-perfect shot releases, recoil dampening, and automated movement combos with sub-millisecond precision directly into the hardware pipeline.
Direct hardware injection via dedicated USB-C telemetry port.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does ONYX achieve true 8,000Hz (0.125ms) response?
Standard controllers poll between 125Hz and 1,000Hz (1ms to 8ms response delay). ONYX-8K is powered by an STM32F723 processor with an integrated High-Speed USB PHY that communicates natively with your PC/Console at 8,000 updates per second, slicing delay to 125 microseconds and eliminating USB jitter entirely.
What is the difference between Onyx Mini, Onyx Lite, and Onyx 8K?
Onyx Mini is now on pre-order and the first to ship starting at $79.99 launch price, featuring 1000Hz polling and an illuminated red X logo (no OLED screen). Onyx Lite features 1000Hz polling and an integrated OLED live telemetry screen with 3 screen size options (0.96", 1.03", and 2.4"). Onyx 8K is our most premium flagship coming in at $249.99, featuring true 8,000Hz ultra-polling, CNC Billet Aluminum chassis, dynamic RGB light bar, and OLED live telemetry.
Does ONYX work with my controller and platform?
Yes. ONYX features a triple dedicated USB-C interface. The Controller Input port natively supports Sony DualSense (PS5), DualShock 4 (PS4), Xbox Wireless & Elite controllers, and third-party custom esports pads (Scuf, Battle Beaver, Victrix). Output connects plug-and-play to PC, PS5 (via supported modes), and Xbox.
How does the hardware-level anti-drift work?
Traditional software deadzones create a sluggish 'donut' area where thumb movement is ignored. ONYX's hardware engine samples your stick pot/Hall-effect sensors at high frequency, applies digital low-pass filtering and adaptive center zeroing natively on the hardware before the signal is ever sent to your console or game.
Do I need to run software on my PC while playing?
No. All profile curves, deadzone negators, and button mappings are stored directly in ONYX's onboard non-volatile flash memory. You can switch profiles on the fly using physical side tactile buttons, with real-time visual feedback on the OLED screen.
How will firmware updates work?
We are introducing in-browser WebUSB firmware updates on the Project X website. You will be able to simply plug in your ONYX via USB-C to check for updates, tune response curves, and update features without downloading third-party software.
